The final double gameweek of the Fantasy Premier League season has been confirmed after Man City’s clash with Crystal Palace was moved.

The fixture was originally set to take place on Saturday 21st March, but had to be rescheduled after City reached the League Cup final.

it will now take place on Wednesday 13th May, meaning both teams will play two fixtures in Gameweek 36.

City will host Brentford and then Palace at the Etihad Stadium, while the Eagles will entertain Everton at Selhurst Park on the weekend before travelling to City in midweek.

For FPL managers who have not yet activated the Triple Captain chip this season, DGW36 may be the perfect opportunity to put the gilded armband on Erling Haaland or another City player.

City had requested that their meeting with Palace be swapped with their fixture against Bournemouth, but that was rejected by the Premier League. Their game against the Cherries has been changed from Sunday 17th May to Tuesday 19th May due to their participation in the FA Cup final.

Their opponents in the Wembley decider, Chelsea, have also seen their match with Tottenham Hotspur moved to the same date.
