Dudinha is hitting her stride at the perfect time. The San Diego Wave forward has carried her electric club form onto the international stage with the Brazil National Team, proving that confidence and rhythm are everything in football.

"When you're performing well at your club, that momentum carries over," Dudinha explained. "I had a strong preseason, I'm fully adapted in San Diego, and that foundation is crucial. Coming into the national team, it's about connecting with Coach Arthur Elias's style. When that click happens, everything just flows on the pitch."

Her recent performances back up that philosophy. Dudinha found the net in Brazil's commanding 5-1 victory over South Korea in the FIFA Series, a tournament where the Canarinha have looked dominant, also dispatching Zambia 6-1.

With the 2027 Women's World Cup on home soil looming as a major target, every camp and cap is vital. Having earned seven call-ups under Elias, Dudinha is openly dreaming of that ultimate stage. "It's every athlete's dream to represent their country at a World Cup," she said. "I think about it, and I'm working daily to maintain this level to earn my spot on that final list. It would be a dream realized."

First, there's immediate business to handle. Brazil's final test in the FIFA Series is a title-deciding clash against Canada this Saturday. Dudinha and her teammates are focused on finishing the job. "The connection in the squad has been strong from day one," she assessed. "We're effectively executing Arthur's model. The expectation is clear: to win and to play well."

For a player in form, blending seamlessly between club and country, the future looks bright. Dudinha's current trajectory is a testament to how dedication and the right fit can unlock a player's best performances.
