With 11 commitments, Oregon landed the No. 5 transfer portal class according to 247 Sports, and in The Athletic's recent re-rank, the Ducks held steady at that same spot. Nine of the 11 transfers became starters, including four All-Big Ten selections: safety Dillon Thieneman (Purdue), defensive lineman Bear Alexander (USC), left tackle Isaiah World, and left guard Emmanuel Pregnon (USC).
