The Detroit Lions selected Arizona State cornerback Keith Abney II with the 157th overall pick in the fifth round of the 2026 NFL Draft on Saturday.
Abney played all three years for Arizona State and declared for the NFL draft after his junior season, when he had 36 tackles and two interceptions. He had three interceptions as a sophomore.
Earlier Saturday, the Lions took Michigan linebacker Jimmy Rolder in the fourth round.
