Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is already building chemistry for the 2026 season, sharing positive early reviews from his offseason workouts with star wide receiver George Pickens. "He showed up, he's been active, he's looked great," Prescott said of the receiver, who is playing under the franchise tag. "Super excited."

While Prescott is focused on-field preparation, the business side remains unresolved. The Cowboys placed the nonexclusive franchise tag on Pickens, guaranteeing him $27.2 million for the upcoming season, but long-term contract discussions have yet to begin.

Prescott also expressed optimism about the team's overall direction, commenting on defensive additions like Rashan Gary and Jalen Thompson. Looking ahead to the NFL Draft, the quarterback admitted he's in the dark like everyone else but trusts the front office. "I expect two great draft picks," he said. "I know that we’ll add some great players."

Off the field, Prescott is serving as an Honorary Chair for the 36th annual Children's Cancer Fund gala alongside Cowboys legend Troy Aikman, highlighting the team's ongoing community involvement.
