A couple that allegedly sold photos of Dianna Russini and Mike Vrabel in Arizona to Page Six may face serious legal action.
That Russini-Vrabel drama continues to reach new levels of insanity after the New England Patriots head coach seemingly admitted to wrongdoing this week. The Patriots legend even stated that he will seek counseling that conflicts with the 2026 NFL Draft.

Meanwhile, Russini’s sports media career appears to be over for the time being after leaving her role at The Athletic recently. The veteran reporter and insider also deleted her X account this week due to public backlash.

However, both Russini and Vrabel may actually have legal recourse over one of their leaked encounters. In Arizona, it’s reportedly a crime to photograph someone that has believes they should be entitled to privacy.
The pictures leaked by Page Six of the two NFL figures showed Russini and Vrabel holding hands and hugging at a luxury resort in Sedona. Meanwhile, it’s unclear if the encounter constitutes enough for a lawsuit.
The couple that sold the pictures reportedly asked for “four figures” from TMZ before ultimately agreeing on a price with Page Six. Since then, more photos emerged of Russini and Vrabel over the years.
Several legal experts on social media believe that the Patriots head coach and Russini have enough legal recourse to pursue a civil case.

That includes newly-released pictures from Page Six that show the two kissing at a New York City bar in March 2020. That encounter led to Vrabel issuing a public apology prior to the NFL Draft.
He revealed that he’s entering counseling for his off-field troubles, preventing him from attending Day 3 of the draft.
Both parties are married to other people, including Russini, who got married in 2020. Her marriage came just months after her Big Apple encounter with Vrabel.
Meanwhile, Vrabel’s been married for over two decades after tying the knot with his wife back in 1999.
