Could the Boston Celtics series with the Philadelphia 76ers go to seven games? After the Celtics dropped a potential closeout contest to the Sixers 113-97 in Game 5 of the 2026 NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs first round series, a full run of games in the first round is certainly on the table in a contest most expected Boston to make quick work of.
