The Indianapolis Colts announced 12 undrafted free agent signings.

The Indianapolis Colts have officially unveiled their 2026 undrafted free agent class, signing 12 players just days after the NFL Draft concluded. The team announced the signings Thursday night, right before the start of rookie minicamp—a time when every hopeful knows the odds are long, but the dream is still alive.

For context, the Colts have a strong track record of giving undrafted rookies a real shot: in 25 of the last 27 years, at least one undrafted player has made the Week 1 regular season roster. That history adds a layer of excitement to this year's group, which includes several players who were considered draftable prospects.

Leading the class is defensive lineman Cam Ball (6'4", 310 lbs, 23 years old). A five-year player at Arkansas, Ball started for the last two and a half seasons and consistently earned above-average grades from Pro Football Focus. With a nice blend of power and quickness, he's built to compete for the backup role behind veteran nose tackle Grover Stewart.

In the secondary, Jaylin Brown (6'0", 199 lbs, 22) brings impressive athleticism and a solid frame. A former teammate of current Colts Hunter Wohler and Tanor Bortolini, Brown has logged over 400 career special teams snaps—likely his clearest path to making the roster. The Colts showed their confidence by guaranteeing $272,500 of his contract, a substantial figure for an undrafted free agent.

Linebacker Cole Chambers (6'2", 231 lbs, 26) is a special teams veteran who transferred from Missouri State to Ole Miss for his final season. With 614 career snaps in the "forgotten phase," he's a true specialist. In his lone season of major college football, he posted a solid 67.8 overall PFF grade over 380 defensive snaps.

Wide receiver and return specialist Kaden Hagans (5'11", 188 lbs, 23) turned heads as a high school track star and carried that explosiveness into college. Over 57 career games, he hauled in 152 catches for 1,586 yards and 14 touchdowns. But his real value comes in the return game: 24 kickoffs for a 31.5-yard average and two touchdowns, plus five punts averaging 30.6 yards with another score.

As the Colts head into rookie minicamp, these 12 newcomers will be fighting not just for a roster spot, but to continue a proud Indianapolis tradition of finding diamonds in the undrafted rough.
