The first Clemson Tigers skill player in the 2026 NFL Draft is off the board.

The Washington Commanders selected Clemson wide receiver Antonio Williams with the 71st overall pick in the third round of the draft on Friday.

Williams had 55 catches for 604 yards and four touchdowns in nine games of a senior season that started with an injury sustained on the Tigers' first series against LSU. His best season was as a junior in 2024 when the Irmo, South Carolina, native caught 75 passes for 904 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Williams was selected one spot below Texas Tech EDGE Romello Height, who went 70th overall to the San Francisco 49ers.

In all, Williams is the fifth Clemson player to be selected in the 2026 NFL Draft. Offensive tackle Blake Miller was drafted 17th overall in the first round by the Detroit Lions. Defensive tackle Peter Woods joined Miller among Day 1 selections when the Kansas City Chiefs took him with the 29th overall pick.

Defensive lineman T.J. Parker was selected by the Buffalo Bills with the 35th overall pick in the second round Friday, and cornerback Avieon Terrell was drafted 48th overall by the Atlanta Falcons.
