Former Duke standout Chandler Rivers was selected 162nd overall by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round.
Rivers had an impressive tenure with the Blue Devils, finishing each of his four seasons with 50 tackles or more. Rivers also racked up seven interceptions, 29 passes defended, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
His durability was also on display, suiting up in 52 games over four seasons in Durham.
Now with his first professional team, Rivers will hope to continue his impressive play in the Ravens’ secondary.
