The Centralia Tigers' offense was silenced on Friday afternoon, falling 6-0 to the Aberdeen Bobcats in an Evergreen Conference road matchup. Coming off a tough loss to their arch rivals just a day prior, the Tigers were shut out for the first time this season.

Despite the scoreless effort, Centralia saw standout performances from Antonia Saucedo and MadDog Rothdeutsch, who each went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with a double and triple, respectively. However, the rest of the lineup struggled to generate momentum against Aberdeen's starter, Jones, who tossed a complete-game shutout with six strikeouts.

The Tigers' best scoring chance came in the fifth inning. After a leadoff triple from Rothdeutsch, they loaded the bases with one out, but Aberdeen executed a crisp 1-2-5 double play to snuff out the threat. The Bobcats had seized control earlier, plating four runs in the second inning to build an insurmountable lead.

With the loss, Centralia moves to 5-5 overall (2-4 in conference). They'll look to bounce back and break their losing streak in their next game against Tumwater on Monday.
