The Hoops – along with every club across the SPFL’s four leagues – will have their fixtures for next season revealed on Thursday, 18 June. The governing body announced on Tuesday that the full list of matches will be released at 12:00pm on that date. Supporters will be able to see Celtic’s 33 pre-split league fixtures.

It has already been established that the new Premiership season will kick off across the weekend of 1 and 2 August, 2026, with the final round of top-flight matches scheduled for 15 and 16 May, 2027. The promotion/relegation play-off final is set to take place over two legs on 20 May and 23 May.

Also, the Premier Sports Cup final has been pencilled in for Sunday, 13 December, 2026 which could give Celtic the chance to win the first trophy of the season.

Celtic have usually started first in recent years due to raising the champions flag, with the Ibrox club normally having to face a challenging away trip on day one of the new season. Next season’s Glasgow Derby will see Celtic  at home first with the second match at Ibrox at the start of 2027.
