BOSTON — After leaving Sunday’s 6-1 loss to the Sabres in the first period with an upper body injury, Viktor Arvidsson was not on the ice for Bruins practice on Monday. Nikita Zadorov, who was a game-time decision for Game 4, was also missing.

Marco Sturm said both players were given maintenance days and a decision for Game 5 will be made Tuesday.

Arvidsson shares the Bruins’ lead in the series with two goals. Both of those came in Game 2. Zadorov has one assist in the four games and has averaged 18:06 of ice time.

Mikey Eyssimont stepped into Arvidsson’s spot at practice, while Mason Lohrei replaced Zadorov. Lukas Reichel and Jordan Harris, who each struggled in Game 4, remained in the lineup in the same spots they were in on Sunday.

Sturm said Monday’s practice lines weren’t indicators of what was to come on Tuesday.
