The Milwaukee Brewers will try to run their winning streak to three games Wednesday night, April 29 as they again host the Arizona Diamondbacks at American Family Field.

Right-hander Brandon Sproat (0-1, 6.45 ERA) starts for the Brewers while left-hander Eduardo Rodríguez (2-0, 2.89) counters for the Diamondbacks.

There was some bad news announced before the game, with left-hander Angel Zerpa being placed on the 15-day injured list with left forearm tightness. Manager Pat Murphy indicated there is concern it could be a significant injury.

The Brewers selected left-hander Brian Fitzpatrick from Class AAA Nashville, and he will be making his major league debut whenever he enters a game. He's a 2022 10th-round draft pick of the Brewers.
