The schedule for the SEC Media Days is set and Texas coach Steve Sarkisian will be the grand finale.

The stage is set for the SEC's biggest offseason spectacle, and Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian has landed a prime spot. The 2026 SEC Football Media Days schedule is out, and Sarkisian is slated to be the grand finale, the final coach to address the media in Tampa, Florida.

This year's event, running from July 20-23 at the Tampa Marriott Water Street and JW Marriott, marks a historic first as SEC Media Days makes its debut in the state of Florida. It's a notable shift, coming after recent host cities like Dallas, Nashville, and Atlanta.

The four-day format will feature four head coaches each day, building toward a Thursday climax. While the SEC notes the final order is subject to change, the current schedule positions Sarkisian as the last speaker on July 23rd, following Arkansas's Ryan Silverfield, LSU's Lane Kiffin, and Mississippi State's Jeff Lebby.

The lineup is packed with intrigue, setting the tone for Texas's high-profile SEC arrival. Other notable slots include Texas A&M's Mike Elko closing out Wednesday and Oklahoma's Brent Venables taking the podium late on the event's opening Monday, highlighting the renewed intensity of these storied rivalries on a new conference stage.
