After waiting 56 picks in the 2026 NFL Draft, Iowa football finally sees one of its 10 draft-eligible stars chosen, with center Logan Jones going to the Chicago Bears at No. 57 overall.
As the Bears were looking to address their need for a starting center following the retirement of Drew Dalman, Jones should have a solid shot at possibly landing the starting job as a rookie this season.
Given the proximity to Chicago, here are some of the best social media reactions from Iowa and Bears fans celebrating Jones becoming the first of potentially many Hawkeyes to cross the draft stage in Pittsburgh.
