Isaac Allen: 6/10Made some decent saves, tipped a good shot over at the near post in the first half and had some good reaction saves. Had no chance with the first or third goal but done well to save an initial effort for the second.
Struggled a little defensively but had a couple of outstanding runs forward in the second half, forcing a save for the first and then being well blocked for what would have been an equaliser.
Made a great block on the line before the second goal but that was followed up, defended well despite the scoreline.
Got done in behind for the first goal and almost recovered to make a block, had to cover for Lightfoot often and did a reasonable job.
Had a difficult game, with Lacey giving him a bit of a runaround for long spells. Got down the line well late on to play a ball into Campbell that probably should have resulted in a goal.
Not a good game in midfield, had a good start with a nice ball over the top for Jenson Jones to run onto but just kept giving the ball away after that.
Like his brother, he struggled to retain possession and was bullied off the ball too often considering he was the most experienced player in the team, with an example of that leading to the third goal.
Charged down a centre back and then followed up to slide home to pull a goal back, could have had an earlier goal too after a shot was cleared off the line.

Was always lively when he had the ball and did well to finish after getting onto a loose ball at the back.

Struggled to get into the game early on but his influence grew as the game drew to a close, causing the hosts lots of problems down the left.
Completely isolated up top and had no chance of getting into the game.
Helped us get more of a grip on the game after coming on for Jaydon Jones.
Gave a bit more of an option out wide when he replaced Scott.
Had a great chance to equalise when Lightfoot picked him out in the box but couldn’t get enough on the shot and his tame effort was easily saved.
Despite the close scoreline, this wasn’t a particularly good performance by the team and there were no standout performers as a result. I’ll give my man of the match to Jack Whittaker though, as he always tried to be positive and eventually got rewarded by scoring our second goal.
