Andy Pages hit a three-run homer, eight relievers combined on a two-hitter and the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Los Angeles Angels 6-0 on Friday night to secure their first three-game winning streak in May. Andy Pages launched a three-run homer, eight relievers combined on a two-hitter, and the Los Angeles Dodgers rolled to a 6-0 victory over the Los Angeles Angels on Friday night, securing their first three-game winning streak in May. The win kicked off the latest Freeway Series between the back-to-back World Series champions and a struggling Angels squad that holds the majors' worst record.

Pages ignited the offense in the third inning with a 407-foot blast to center field, his 10th homer of an impressive season. Max Muncy followed just three pitches later with a solo shot of his own—his 12th of the year—giving the Dodgers a quick 4-0 lead. Teoscar Hernández added a two-run homer in the sixth, snapping a personal 23-game drought without a long ball and pushing the lead to 6-0.

The Dodgers turned to a bullpen game after scratching ace Blake Snell hours before first pitch due to loose bodies in his elbow. Snell, a two-time Cy Young Award winner, had missed the first six weeks of the season with a shoulder injury and had made just one start before landing back on the injured list. Will Klein opened with two scoreless innings, followed by seven relievers each tossing one frame. Edgardo Henriquez (2-0) earned the win, and Charlie Barnes closed with a hitless ninth in his Dodgers debut.

The Angels managed just two hits and couldn't advance a runner past second base, marking the Dodgers' fifth shutout of the season and their second in three games. Jack Kochanowicz (2-3) took the loss, allowing seven hits and six runs over six innings. Los Angeles has now dropped four straight and six of seven. Catcher Logan O'Hoppe exited in the sixth inning with left wrist irritation after appearing to get hurt in the field earlier.

Saturday's matchup features Angels ace José Soriano (6-2, 1.66 ERA) against Dodgers' Justin Wrobleski (5-1, 2.42 ERA). For Dodgers fans, this dominant performance shows the team's depth—both at the plate and on the mound—as they look to build momentum heading into summer.
