Before the clash between Inter and Cagliari at San Siro, the club took a powerful stand for respect, both on and off the pitch. Inter Milan President and CEO Giuseppe Marotta joined Rosy Russo, founder of the non-profit Parole O_Stili, to sign the Manifesto of Non-Hostile Communication. They were supported by Nerazzurri legend Danilo D'Ambrosio and young players from Inter's academy, highlighting that positive values start from the grassroots.

This ceremony capped off the "Diamo l’esempio" ("Let's Set an Example") educational project within Inter's Youth Sector. The initiative engaged around 70 children from the U9 and U11 teams, along with their families and coaches, turning the football pitch into a classroom for empathy and respectful communication.

From these workshops emerged a fantastic new resource for the sporting community: "ALÈ – Piccolo glossario del tifo positivo" ("ALÈ – A Small Glossary of Positive Support"). More than just a chant, "ALÈ" is an acronym for "Allena L’Empatia" or "Develop Empathy." This online glossary is designed for young fans, parents, and coaches, contrasting negative language with positive alternatives to transform support into a force for good in the stands and online.

This partnership between Inter and Parole O_Stili shows how football clubs can lead by example, proving that the most powerful victories are those won with respect and positive passion. It's a reminder that the language we wear, both on our kits and in our cheers, defines the true spirit of the game.
