Players like John Randle, Kurt Warner and Antonio Gates didn't let their draft snubs keep them from Hall of Fame careers. While that's an extreme example, these unwanted rookies can play a major role on championship teams. Rashid Shaheed helped push the Seattle Seahawks' offense and special teams to Super Bowl levels. Productive MAC pass rusher who is a bit of a one-note player but can fill a valuable need in the NFL (14.5 sacks in 2025 after hardly playing at Houston).
High upside blocker who once had early round draft hype but tore an ACL late in a just-OK 2025 and may not play in 2026.
